King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) is a leading technology university in Thailand. Its three campuses are in the North of Bangkok, Prachinburi and Rayong province. The educational system emphasizes development of people in science and technology to become technicians, technologists, engineers, technical teachers and also administrators in education business and industry. To expand the educational system to the regional areas, in 1995, KMUTNB acquired land in Prachinburi province to establish a new campus "KMUTNB Prachinburi. Prachinburi Campus is located at 129 Moo 6, Tambon Noenhom, Amphoe Mueang,
Prachinburi 25230. The total area is 197.41 hectares. The first students began studying in
the Faculty of Industrial technology and Management in 1997. In 2003, student from
the Faculty of Agro-Industry also started studying at the Prachinburi Campus.
