เรื่องแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมและการแต่งกายเพื่อถวายความอาลัย สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถพระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง
เพื่อให้การถวายความอาลัยเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและสมพระเกียรติ รวมทั้งเพื่อให้บุคลากรและนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ ปฏิบัติตนได้ อย่างถูกต้องและเหมาะสม
มหาวิทยาลัยจึงกำหนดแนวทางปฏิบัติไว้ดังต่อไปนี้
1. ให้ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ บุคลากร และเจ้าหน้าที่ของมหาวิทยาลัย แต่งกายไว้ทุกข์มีกำหนดการ 1 ปี ตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2568 เป็นต้นไป
2. สำหรับนักศึกษา ในกรณีที่ไม่ได้แต่งเครื่องแบบนักศึกษาหรือชุดปฏิบัติการ ขอความร่วมมือให้แต่งกายด้วยชุดสุภาพสีดำหรือสีโทนเข้มไม่ฉูดฉาด เพื่อแสดงความอาลัย มีกำหนดระยะเวลา 90 วัน ตั้งแต่ 25 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2568 เป็นต้นไป
3. ขอความร่วมมืองดจัดกิจกรรมรื่นเริงเป็นเวลา 30 วัน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2568 เป็นต้นไป
จึงประกาศให้ทราบและถือปฏิบัติโดยทั่วกัน

Guidelines for Organizing Activities and Dress Code
During the Mourning Period of Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother
According to the announcement by the Office of the Prime Minister regarding the passing of Her
Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother on October 25, 2025, all government offices, state
enterprises, government agencies, and educational institutions are requested to lower the national
flag to half-mast for 30 days, starting from October 25, 2025 onwards. Goverment officials, state
enterprise employees and public servants have been told to observe a one-year mourning period,
starting the same day.
To ensure a proper and respectful mouming period for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen
Mother and to provide guidance for the university's personnel and students to conduct themselves
in an appropriate manner, the following protocols have been established:
1. University administrators, faculty and staff members are to wear mourning attire for a
period of one year from October 25, 2025 onwards.
2. Students, when not wearing the university uniform or operational outits are requested to
dress in respectful black or subdued, somber colors for 90 days as a gesture of remembrance
and respect, beginning October 25. 2025. Vivid or distracting clothing should be avoided.
3. For appropriateness to fit the mourning atmosphere, KMUTNB also requests cooperation
from the personnel members to refrain from organizing loud celebrations or festive events
for 30 days from October 25, 2025 onwards. However, if pre-scheduled activities are vital. those in charge are to exercise discretion to make reasonable adjustments to align with the national atmosphere of mourning.
These measures have been introduced to serve as guidelines to support the community's mourning
practices.
